Second Whole Foods to open in Downtown San Jose

A 2nd Whole Foods is opening in San Jose on December 10th. The 35,000 sq foot store “will be home to the first in-store microbrewery and taproom for Whole Foods Market in California.” Whole Foods is also pursuing LEED certification for the store to be located at The Alameda and Stockton near the SAP Center in downtown San Jose.  Learn more at http://bit.ly/1CSPwGb

The Niner’s stadium is expected to be completed in July with the first event, a San Jose Earthquakes games, scheduled for August 2nd. The new 68,500 seat stadium has “200-foot-wide video boards, a 27,000-square-foot rooftop garden, 1,180 solar panels and 2,700 TVs sprinkled through out the 1.85 million-square-foot venue.”
